Stress Management – Regaining Control

Duration: One Day


Delegates on this course will learn how to regain control of their work and private lives. Delegates will gain knowledge on how the work of other people affects their work, how time pressures effect them, how to understand their own emotions, how to say NO and mean it, how to switch off at the end of every day.

During the course, delegates on this programme learn how to identify and manage the main elements of stress they face at work, unlike other stress management programmes that focus solely on the academic aspects of stress.  As part of implementation, each delegate will leave having prepared their own action plan for a better quality of life, both at work and at home.
