This dual subject course combines Applied Time Management and Stress Management – Regaining Control. The course begins with understanding the truth about stress and the varying effects it can have on the individual and the organisation.
Delegates then gain an insight into the benefits of a greater sense of control over both their work and personal life. Through practical experiences and tips we will show delegates how to prioritise, organise, recognise and rid themselves of stress and how to implement good time and project management principles in their daily working lives. As part of implementation, each delegate will leave having prepared their own action plan for working smarter not harder to ensure a better quality of life, both at work and at home.
